• 4 lamb chops
• 6 tablespoons honey
• 3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
• seasoning salt (optional)

Recipe

• 1 season chops w/salt or seasoning salt and pepper.
• 2 grill chops over med.-hot fire.
• 3 stir together honey and hot pepper sauce and baste chops durning grilling.
• 4 remove chops from grill and brush w/remaining glaze.
