Creole Roasted Pecans

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning (tony cacheries)

Recipe

  • 1 stir together first 3 ingredients in a jellyroll pan.
  • 2 bake at 250 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • 3 sprinkle with seasoning.
  • 4 store in an airtight container 1 week, or freeze up to 2 months.
