Dijon Honey Chops

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb loin chops
  • seasoning salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle both sides of the chops liberally with seasoned salt.
  • 2 in a large skillet, heat oil; brown chops, about 2 minutes per side.
  • 3 in a bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour mixture over chops.
  • 4 cover skillet, reduce heat to low, and simmer 8-10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
