Dijon Honey Chops

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs lamb loin chops
- seasoning salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle both sides of the chops liberally with seasoned salt.
- 2 in a large skillet, heat oil; brown chops, about 2 minutes per side.
- 3 in a bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour mixture over chops.
- 4 cover skillet, reduce heat to low, and simmer 8-10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
