- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons mrs. dash seasoning mix (original)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 lbs venison steak
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 mix together dry ingredients.
- 2 coat venison steaks with flour mixture.
- 3 melt butter over medium heat.
- 4 saute steaks in butter for 10 minutes or until done.
