Crockpot Layered Dinner--steak, Potatoes, Corn On The Cob

Total Time: 5 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs rib eye steaks
  • 1 tablespoon dry rub seasonings
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (lea and perrins is gf)
  • 1/4 cup tequila (etc.) or 1/4 cup broth (etc.) or 1/4 cup apple juice (etc.)
  • 2 -4 potatoes
  • 2 -4 ears fresh corn
  • aluminum foil

Recipe

  • 1 put meat in the bottom of the crockpot. rub with seasoning and onion, and flip over to get the other side. add tequila and worcestershire sauce.
  • 2 wash potatoes and cover with foil. add to the pot.
  • 3 shuck the corn, and wrap each ear in foil. add to the crockpot.
  • 4 cover and cook on high for 5-7 hours, or on low for about 8. i cooked our dinner for 6 hours on high.
