Ingredients
- 1 cup loosely packed cilantro, stems removed and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
- 1 -2 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- 2 taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
