Fried Mozzarella Sticks

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 16 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon italian spices
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • oil
  • salt (in pour able container)

Recipe

  • 1 slice thick logs of the cheese, easy way is to make a thick slice and then slice that into the logs. or you can cheat and get the cheese sticks, you know -- the prepackaged ones!
