Genaw Low Carb Italian Chicken Casserole

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken (or shredded)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 2 ounces

Recipe

  • 1 put the chicken in a greased 8x6" baking pan; toss with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder to coat.
  • 2 in a medium bowl, whisk the cream cheese, tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and italian seasoning until smooth. this is where i added my extra veggies as well.
  • 3 pour the sauce over the chicken and top with the parmesan cheese. bake at 350º 25-30 minutes.
  • 4 do not freeze.
