Kate's Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 8 ounces neufchatel cheese or 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2-3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 6 -8 ounces imitation crabmeat or 6 -8 ounces real crabmeat

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together. add pepper to taste. this works best when the neufchatel is very soft.
  • 2 refrigerate a few hours or overnight for the flavors to meld.
  • 3 serve with crackers of your choice.
