Ingredients

 - 1 onion, finely chopped
 - 5 -7 garlic, crushed
 - 2 cups tomato juice
 - 1 teaspoon vinegar
 - 2 tablespoons oil (can add more)
 - salt and pepper
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 
Recipe
- 1 saute onions med heat until quite brown.
 - 2 add garlic and cook only a little.
 - 3 add tomato juice and sugar and cook 15-20mins.
 - 4 add vinegar and seasoning and cook 2 -3 minutes.
