Fire Crackers

Ingredients
- 40 fat-free saltine crackers (1 sleeve)
- 2 teaspoons spicy seasoning
- crushed red pepper flakes
- 10 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- 2 arrange crackers in rows in a 15-by-10-inch jellyroll pan so that crackers are touching each other.
- 3 sprinkle seasoning over crackers.
- 4 sprinkle with pepper flakes.
- 5 top evenly with cheese.
- 6 place pan on center shelf of oven.
- 7 close door and turn off oven.
- 8 leave in oven at least 4 hours.
- 9 it's ok to leave it overnight, but take it out first thing in the morning.
- 10 break apart.
- 11 they keep for several weeks stored in an airtight container.
