El Paso Chicken Stew

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken, cubed
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans mexican-style tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 cups corn
  • 3/4 ounce taco seasoning mix
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
