Ingredients

- 6 slices bacon
- 1 knob butter
- 1 large egg plus 1 large egg yolk
- 2 round crumpets, halved
- hp steak sauce, to serve
Recipe
- 1 fry bacon till crispy, move to one side of pan.
- 2 add butter to pan.
- 3 beat egg and yolk together and add seasoning to taste.
- 4 dip crumpet into this mixture.
- 5 fry crumpet in butter in pan on both sides till golden.
- 6 serve with bacon and sauce.
