Eggy Crumpets With Bacon

Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 6 slices bacon
• 1 knob butter
• 1 large egg plus 1 large egg yolk
• 2 round crumpets, halved
• hp steak sauce, to serve

Recipe

• 1 fry bacon till crispy, move to one side of pan.
• 2 add butter to pan.
• 3 beat egg and yolk together and add seasoning to taste.
• 4 dip crumpet into this mixture.
• 5 fry crumpet in butter in pan on both sides till golden.
• 6 serve with bacon and sauce.
