Good Morning Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 lb ground lamb
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine the seasonings and sugar.
- 2 add to lamb in a large bowl and mix well with your hands.
- 3 form into patties.
- 4 saute the patties over medium high heat for 5 minutes per side.
- 5 note: if you use real lean lamb, you made need to add a touch of olive oil.
