Green Pea Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen peas, cooked (not mushy, season with salt and pepper or mrs. dash, any flavor you like)
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2-1 cup thousand island dressing (amount to your preference)
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup stuffed green olive, sliced
- 3 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash onion powder
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 cook peas and cool (make sure they aren't mushy or over-cooked).
- 2 cook eggs and cool; then peel and chop.
- 3 drain well.
- 4 put peas in large bowl.
- 5 add all of the seasonings and mix gently.
- 6 add celery and red bell peppers.
- 7 add eggs and onions.
- 8 add dressing (as much as you like to use).
- 9 fold in cheese.
- 10 chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
