Everyone's Favorite Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • chicken breast, from 2 chickens
  • 16 ounces broccoli, slaw or 16 ounces regular coleslaw
  • 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, sliced in half
  • 1 cup diced granny smith apple, with peeling
  • 1 1/2 cups diced celery
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup pecans
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle breanna's poppy seed dressing
  • creole seasoning, to taste. (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cook boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cube.
  • 2 mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 3 chill overnight for best flavor.
  • 4 serve with your favorite snack crackers, or stuff in tomatoes.
  • 5 enjoy.
