Healthy Hot "wings"

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cups corn flake crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups buffalo wing sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 season chicken breasts with 1 tbspn of cajun seasoning.
  • 2 slice breasts into strips of equal size.
  • 3 mix 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce with the egg whites.
  • 4 mix the remaining cajun seasoning with the corn flake crumbs.
  • 5 dip strips into egg mixture and then into crumb mixture.
  • 6 place strips onto lightly greased baking sheet.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minute.
  • 8 remove from oven, dip into remaining buffalo wing sauce and return to baking sheet.
  • 9 return to oven for 5-10 minutes.
