Healthy Hot Wings

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken wings
  • seasoning salt
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • louisiana hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 separate wings and remove tips (to make like buffalo wings).
  • 2 rinse wings with cold water and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • 3 season wings to your taste and add hot sauce to your taste as well.
  • 4 mix around until evenly coated.
  • 5 place wings in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with pam or lined with foil.
  • 6 bake in oven for 45 minutes.
  • 7 let cool and serve with fat free ranch or blue cheese dressing.
