Ingredients
- 6 chicken wings
- seasoning salt
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- louisiana hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 separate wings and remove tips (to make like buffalo wings).
- 2 rinse wings with cold water and place in a large mixing bowl.
- 3 season wings to your taste and add hot sauce to your taste as well.
- 4 mix around until evenly coated.
- 5 place wings in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with pam or lined with foil.
- 6 bake in oven for 45 minutes.
- 7 let cool and serve with fat free ranch or blue cheese dressing.
