Healthy Homemade Meatballs

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 slices low-calorie bread, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup egg substitute
  • 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 form into balls.
  • 3 place in large skillet and cook on medium heat covered for 15 minutes.
  • 4 turn meatballs periodically to prevent burning.
