Easy Chili

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 3 (16 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained (you can use kidney beans if you like)
  • 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages mild chili seasoning mix
  • 1 (64 ounce) bottle campbell's tomato juice (large bottle)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in large dutch oven, cook ground beef until no longer pink; drain.
  • 2 put back into pan; add seasoning.
  • 3 then add beans and chilies.
  • 4 add enough tomato juice to cover (about 3/4 of the bottle).
  • 5 mix well.
  • 6 simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 7 serve with cornbread.
