Chinese Noodle Salad

Total Time: 4 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 beef-flavor ramen noodles (packages)
  • 12 ounces broccoli slaw mix (1 bag)
  • 13 ounces slivered almonds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl mix together the noodles from the ramen packages, the slaw mix, almonds and sunflower seeds.
  • 2 in a smaller bowl mix the 2 seasoning packets from the ramen packages with the sugar, canola oil and vinegar.
  • 3 pour dressing mix over the slaw/noodle mix.
  • 4 let sit for a few hours.
  • 5 it will stay crunchy if you make it the night before.
