Chinese Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 2 beef-flavor ramen noodles (packages)
- 12 ounces broccoli slaw mix (1 bag)
- 13 ounces slivered almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl mix together the noodles from the ramen packages, the slaw mix, almonds and sunflower seeds.
- 2 in a smaller bowl mix the 2 seasoning packets from the ramen packages with the sugar, canola oil and vinegar.
- 3 pour dressing mix over the slaw/noodle mix.
- 4 let sit for a few hours.
- 5 it will stay crunchy if you make it the night before.
