- 4 boneless lamb chops (4 oz each)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 brush lamb chops with lemon juice.
- 2 combine seasonings; rub over chops.
- 3 grill, covered over medium coals, turning occasionally for 16-20 minutes or until juices run clear.
- 4 serves 4.
