Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 slice gluten free bread
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning (i used lipton savory herb and garlic seasoning)
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons organic ketchup
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients together.
- 2 shape into a 8 x 4 casserole dish.
- 3 cook on 350 for one hour.
