Gluten Free Meatloaf To Die For

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice gluten free bread
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning (i used lipton savory herb and garlic seasoning)
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons organic ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients together.
  • 2 shape into a 8 x 4 casserole dish.
  • 3 cook on 350 for one hour.
