Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls (pillsbury brown and serve)
- 1/2 cup ham, sliced and chopped
- 1/3 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- fresh herb, chopped
Recipe
- 1 line a 9x13 inch pan with the crescent roll dough.
- 2 add ham, roasted red pepper and half of cheese on top of dough.
- 3 mix together eggs, milk,chopped fresh herbs and seasonings.
- 4 pour over ham layer.
- 5 add remaining cheese on top. bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
