Crescent Brunch

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls (pillsbury brown and serve)
  • 1/2 cup ham, sliced and chopped
  • 1/3 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • fresh herb, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 line a 9x13 inch pan with the crescent roll dough.
  • 2 add ham, roasted red pepper and half of cheese on top of dough.
  • 3 mix together eggs, milk,chopped fresh herbs and seasonings.
  • 4 pour over ham layer.
  • 5 add remaining cheese on top. bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
