Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning
- 3 medium ripe avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 combine beans and taco seasoning in medium-sized bowl; spread onto a round 12-in. serving platter.
- 2 mash avocados with lemon juice; spread over beans.
- 3 top with sour cream.
- 4 sprinkle with tomatoes, chilies, olives, onions, and cheese.
- 5 serve with tortilla chips.
