Egg Salad From The River Belle Terrace

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 12 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 chop eggs to a medium-fine consistency.
  • 2 fold in mayonnaise and seasonings, mixing well.
  • 3 refrigerate until ready to use.
