- 5 -10 lbs country-style lamb ribs
- salt and pepper or lemon pepper or garlic pepper seasoning or sicilian blend pepper (what ever suits your fancy)
Recipe
- 1 the ribs need to be meaty.
- 2 the less bone the better.
- 3 once washed, sprinkle salt and pepper or as i did tonite a lemon pepper all over the meat.
- 4 gas grill.
- 5 low heat.
- 6 turn over several times for an hour or so.
