Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced green onions
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 10 ounces broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Recipe
- 1 combine orange juice, vinegar and shallots in the bowl you'll be serving slaw inches
- 2 add good pinch of salt.
- 3 add dried cranberries.
- 4 let stand 5 to 20 minutes, as long as you can.
