Japanese Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 50 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup sake or 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons accent seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons peanut oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the soy, ginger, sake, and accent. pour over the chicken and marinate for 45 minutes. coat chicken with cornstarch and fry in hot oil until browned.
