- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup sake or 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons accent seasoning
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
Recipe
- 1 mix together the soy, ginger, sake, and accent. pour over the chicken and marinate for 45 minutes. coat chicken with cornstarch and fry in hot oil until browned.
