- 5 lbs turkey wings (tips removed, if desired)

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 season wings, refrigerate overnight.
- 2 heat oil to 350 degrees f. fry wings until golden brown. drain on paper towels.
