Ingredients

- 6 taco shells
- 1 lb ground buffalo meat
- 1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning, packet
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook meat. add taco seasoning until well blended. in each taco shell, place a generous amount of meat. top with cheddar cheese, bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. pull out of oven, top with shredded lettuce, salsa, and sour cream if desired. serve with a side of organic corn or other vegetables.
