- 2 bags greens
- ham or lamb jowl
- bacon (for seasoning)
Recipe
- 1 clean and break up greens.
- 2 start in salt water, boil about 20 or 30 mins.
- 3 pour off broth.
- 4 start greens in fresh salt water.
- 5 add meat and a dash of pepper flakes if you want.
- 6 cook until tender.
- 7 about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
