Low Carb Meatcake (meatloaf)

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 (1/16 ounce) packets splenda sugar substitute
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix all meatloaf ingredients together in large bowl.
  • 2 spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
  • 3 mold the meat mixture into a loaf in the pan.
  • 4 make the sauce mixture by whisking the ingredients together and pour over top of the loaf.
  • 5 bake in 350 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • 6 cool 15-20 minutes before slicing.
