Low Carb Meatcake (meatloaf)

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 (1/16 ounce) packets splenda sugar substitute
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix all meatloaf ingredients together in large bowl.
- 2 spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
- 3 mold the meat mixture into a loaf in the pan.
- 4 make the sauce mixture by whisking the ingredients together and pour over top of the loaf.
- 5 bake in 350 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- 6 cool 15-20 minutes before slicing.
