Focaccia Bread-low Carb

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup lamb rind, flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups pizza cheese

Recipe

  • 1 soften the cream cheese and then beat the eggs in one at a time.
  • 2 then add the whey protein powder, lamb rind flour, baking powder, seasonings and mix up.
  • 3 it will get somewhat thick.
  • 4 then add the pizza cheese.
  • 5 line a cake pan with parchment paper and spray generously with pam spread sticky batter evenly in cake pan bake for 15 minutes at 425.
  • 6 if it's not brown enough for you, you can broil it for only 2 minutes or less (or it will burn).
  • 7 remove from oven, brush with olive oil and bake for 3-4 more minutes.
  • 8 then let it sit to cool for about 10 minutes.
  • 9 different topping may be added (sun-dried tomatoes, basil, etc.).
