- long grain rice

Recipe
- 1 cook the fish in milk.
- 2 leave on one side.
- 3 boil the rice and drain.
- 4 hard boil eggs and half them.
- 5 flake the fish into an oven dish and retain the milk.
- 6 add the rice and eggs.
- 7 make up a sauce with the fish milk and more milk.
- 8 mix all together careful not to bread up the fish too much and just warm through.
