Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • smoked haddock
  • egg
  • curry powder
  • sauce
  • long grain rice
  • herbs and seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 cook the fish in milk.
  • 2 leave on one side.
  • 3 boil the rice and drain.
  • 4 hard boil eggs and half them.
  • 5 flake the fish into an oven dish and retain the milk.
  • 6 add the rice and eggs.
  • 7 make up a sauce with the fish milk and more milk.
  • 8 mix all together careful not to bread up the fish too much and just warm through.
