Italian Sausage Spaghetti

Ingredients

- 2 lbs hot italian sausage
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 4 cups water
- 1 (1 ounce) can diced tomato
- 1 (1 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- italian seasoning
Recipe
- 1 place sausages in frying pan, adding vinegar and water to cover.
- 2 boil until 3/4 reduced.
- 3 drain.
- 4 brown sausages in pan.
- 5 remove from pan and cut into bite size pieces.
- 6 combine all other ingredients in pan and simmer for an hour or more.
