Irene's Red Potatoes

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 lbs red potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 clean and slice or chunk potatoes.
  • 2 add seasonings.
  • 3 cut butter over top of potatoe.
  • 4 when ready to bake; add 1 1/2 inch of water.
  • 5 cover with tin foil.
  • 6 bake @ 400f x 1 hr.
