Ingredients

- 3 lbs red potatoes
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 clean and slice or chunk potatoes.
- 2 add seasonings.
- 3 cut butter over top of potatoe.
- 4 when ready to bake; add 1 1/2 inch of water.
- 5 cover with tin foil.
- 6 bake @ 400f x 1 hr.
