• 2 tablespoons crushed tomatoes
• 1/8 teaspoon italian seasoning
• 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
• 1 wedge laughing cow cheese, light creamy swiss
• 6 slices turkey pepperoni, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon parmesan cheese, reduced fat

Recipe

• 1 in small bowl, combinie crushed tomatoes with italian seasoning. mix well.
• 2 spray large microwave-safe mug with nonstick spray.
• 3 add egg beaters and cheese wedge, breaking the cheese into pieces.
• 4 microwave 1 min; stir. microwave 30 more seconds.
• 5 add seasoned tomatoes and pepperoni. mix well.
• 6 microwave 30 seconds (or until set).
• 7 lightly stir. sprinkle with topping.
