Gala Pecan Spread

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (can use lite)
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar dried beef
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons chopped onions or 2 tablespoons onion flakes
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

• 1 soften cream cheese.
• 2 combine cream cheese and milk; mix well.
• 3 stir in cut up dried beef.
• 4 add green pepper, onions, and seasoningsl mix well.
• 5 fold in sour cream.
• 6 spoon into baking dish.
• 7 heat pecans in butter, pat dry and sprinkle over mixture in baking dish.
• 8 bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
• 9 serve warm with crackers.
