- 1 bunch asparagus
- 30 g butter
- 1 garlic clove, crushed

Recipe
- 1 slice asparagus into 2.5cm lengths on the diagnal.
- 2 melt butter in a frying pan.
- 3 add the asparagus, garlic and seasonings.
- 4 fry until asparagus is just tender.
