Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons italian herb seasoning
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix garlic, vinegar, herbs and mustard in a small bowl.
- 2 whisk in the oils slowly, blending until mixture thickens. season to taste with salt and pepper.
