Garlicky Bean Spread

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can beans, drained
  • 2/3 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
  • 1 tablespoon dried italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup packed parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, combine garlic, beans, quinoa, seasoning, salt, lemon juice and oil. process until smooth. transfer to a serving dish and stir in parsley.
