Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can beans, drained
- 2/3 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
- 1 tablespoon dried italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup packed parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, combine garlic, beans, quinoa, seasoning, salt, lemon juice and oil. process until smooth. transfer to a serving dish and stir in parsley.
