Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sea salt, coarse ground (optional for low sodium diets)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (use low sodium if desired)
Recipe
- 1 blend in food processor until all spices are well ground. store in spice container and "sprinkle" generously!
