Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, basil, oregano & garlic flavored with juices
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 1 1/2 cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown beef with chopped onion. drain.
- 2 stir in rest of ingredients.
- 3 pour macaroni noodles in 9x13 pan. stir mixed ingredients into noodles.
- 4 top with shredded cheese.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or until cheese is lightly browned.
