Italian Hotdish

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, basil, oregano & garlic flavored with juices
  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1 1/2 cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 brown beef with chopped onion. drain.
  • 2 stir in rest of ingredients.
  • 3 pour macaroni noodles in 9x13 pan. stir mixed ingredients into noodles.
  • 4 top with shredded cheese.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or until cheese is lightly browned.
