Hidden Valley Artichoke Appetizer Fingers

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 soda crackers, crushed (unsalted tops)
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet hidden valley original ranch dressing mix
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup minced green onion

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350°f
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine the cheese, artichoke hearts, soda crackers, seasoning mix, eggs, and green onion and stir until well mixed.
  • 3 pour the mixture into a buttered 8x8-inch baking pan.
  • 4 bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
