Greek Salad

Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into chunks 
 
- 1 large cucumber, cut into chunks 
 
- 2 stalks green onions, diced 
 
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped 
 
- 2 tablespoons low-fat feta cheese, crumbled 
 
- 2 tablespoons pitted black olives, sliced 
 
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 
 
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
 
Recipe
- 1 1. place the first seven ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss gently. 
 
- 2 2. drizzle the lemon juice and olive oil over the salad. 
 
- 3 3.	sprinkle the oregano, sea salt and black pepper on top. 
 
- 4 4.	gently stir all items again to ensure seasoning is distributed evenly and serve.
