Eric's Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 slices bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup memphis barbecue sauce, tangy vinegar based sauce
  • 1 teaspoon a.1. original sauce
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 cup bull's eye original barbecue sauce
  • 1/8 cup memphis barbecue sauce, tangy vinegar based sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients for meatloaf, adding the meat last.
  • 3 place in loaf pan or individual muffin cups.
  • 4 spread glaze over the top of meat.
  • 5 bake loaf for 60 to 70 minutes, muffins for 30 to 35 minutes.
