Hickory Lamb Loin And Beans

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (4 lb) lamb loin
  • 6 ounces bacon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon hickory smoke salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans kidney beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can lima beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can butter beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Recipe

  • 1 slice onions and cook bacon.
  • 2 combine all items in the pressure cooker.
