Bacon-wrapped Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning, montreal recommended
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 -6 slices bacon, more if needed
- 1 lamb tenderloin, 2 1/2 to 3 lbs
- glaze
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Recipe
- 1 combine steak seasoning & brown sugar rub all over lamb loin. lay strips of bacon on top of loin and tuck bacon under loin.
- 2 cook at 350 for 55 minutes or until internal temp is 140 degrees.
- 3 brush on glaze and cook for 15 more minutes.
