Bacon-wrapped Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning, montreal recommended
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 -6 slices bacon, more if needed
  • 1 lamb tenderloin, 2 1/2 to 3 lbs
  • glaze
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Recipe

  • 1 combine steak seasoning & brown sugar rub all over lamb loin. lay strips of bacon on top of loin and tuck bacon under loin.
  • 2 cook at 350 for 55 minutes or until internal temp is 140 degrees.
  • 3 brush on glaze and cook for 15 more minutes.
