Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 
 
- 2 eggs 
 
- 1/3 cup romano cheese, grated 
 
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 
 
- 1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs 
 
- 1/2 cup water 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
 
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
 
Recipe
- 1 combine crumbs, cheese, seasonings, eggs and water, blend well. 
 
- 2 add meat and mix together very well. 
 
- 3 prepare cookie sheet with pan spray. 
 
- 4 roll into balls.
