Italian Meatballs

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup romano cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 combine crumbs, cheese, seasonings, eggs and water, blend well.
  • 2 add meat and mix together very well.
  • 3 prepare cookie sheet with pan spray.
  • 4 roll into balls.
  • 5 place on sheet pan and bake.
